Prof. Nir Horesh

Dr. Nir Horesh is a prominent figure in colorectal and gastrointestinal surgery, serving as Clinical Associate at Cleveland Clinic Florida in Weston, FL, and as an Attending Surgeon at Sheba Medical Center in Israel, with an academic role as Associate Professor at Tel Aviv University. His medical education was completed with distinction at the University of Bologna, where he earned his MD Cum Laude.

Dr. Horesh's expertise is underpinned by a comprehensive training background, including residencies in general surgery both in Israel and at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York, with a specialized focus on minimally invasive colorectal procedures. His professional endeavors include over 140 peer-reviewed publications, with clinical interests that span across colorectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), diverticular disease, and pelvic floor disorders.
